Privacy Policy
SuperTonkers LLC
Effective date: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information SuperTonkers LLC ("SuperTonkers", "we", "us") collects when you play our games, including OMG Kitty (the "Games"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also covers www.supertonkers.com.
If you have questions, email us at info@supertonkers.com.
1. The short version
- You don't need an account to play. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Crash replay videos are made on your device. We never receive them. You decide whether to save one to your photos or share it, and children can only save.
- Your progress (coins, gems, unlocked items, settings) is saved on your device.
- We use third-party services to show ads, understand how the game is played, and fix crashes. Those services collect device and usage information, described below.
- When the game starts for the first time, we ask for your age. If you're under 13, the game runs in child mode: no personalized ads, no tracking, and only limited, anonymous analytics.
- Players 13 and older can choose whether ads are personalized. On iPhone and iPad, we ask permission before any tracking.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
The Games save your progress, purchases you've unlocked, cosmetic choices, settings and notification preferences in files on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
2.2 Information you give us
- Age. On first launch we ask for your birth year. We use it only to decide whether to run the game in child mode, and we store the resulting age range on your device. We don't keep the birth year itself.
- Choices you make. Your answers to the consent and tracking prompts are stored on your device so we can respect them.
- Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- In-game feedback. If you choose to send feedback from inside the game (Settings > Send Feedback, or after we ask how you're enjoying the game), we receive the text you type together with the app version, platform, device model, operating system version, the level you were on, and a random ID created by the game so we can group messages from the same install. We don't ask for your name or email, and the random ID isn't linked to your advertising ID or any account. Please don't include personal details in your message. Feedback is stored with Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets). It is never collected in child mode.
2.3 Information collected automatically
Through the third-party services in Section 4, the Games collect:
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers | Advertising ID (IDFA on Apple, Advertising ID on Android) when permitted; app-specific identifiers (such as IDFV or a random install ID) | Showing and measuring ads; counting players; finding your data when you ask us to delete it |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system version, language, app version, screen size | Analytics, fixing bugs, making ads display correctly |
| Gameplay activity | Levels started, failed and completed; scores; coins and gems earned and spent; items equipped; session length | Understanding how the game is played and improving difficulty and balance |
| Purchase activity | Which in-app item was bought, price and currency, transaction ID | Delivering your purchase; analytics |
| Ad interactions | Ads shown, watched or tapped; rewarded ads completed | Giving you rewards; showing and measuring ads; preventing fraud |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, error reports, performance data, and which screen or level you were on when a crash happened | Finding and fixing crashes |
| Approximate location | Country or region derived from your IP address by our ad and analytics partners | Showing ads appropriate to your region; legal compliance; aggregated reporting |
We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
2.4 Notifications
If you turn on notifications, the Games schedule reminders locally on your device (for example, "your daily reward is ready"). No notification data is sent to us or to a push-notification service. You can turn notifications off in the game's Settings or in your device settings.
2.5 Crash replays
At Game Over you can watch a replay of your crash and turn it into a video. The game records only gameplay (the positions of your cat, the track and the camera) while you play, and the video is made on your device only when you ask for it. Replay videos show the game only, and nothing that identifies you. We never receive or upload them.
- Save to Photos. Saving a video asks for permission to add to your photo library (on iPhone and iPad, "add only" access). The game can't see, read or change your existing photos. On older Android devices (Android 9 and earlier), saving needs the storage permission; on newer ones, no permission is needed.
- Share. Sharing opens your device's own share sheet, and the video goes only to the app you pick (for example a messaging or social app). What happens to it next is covered by that app's privacy policy, not ours.
- Children. In child mode (under 13), sharing is turned off. Children can only save the video to their own device.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- run the Games and save your progress;
- deliver in-app purchases and rewards from ads;
- show ads, which keep the Games free to play;
- understand how players use the Games and improve them;
- find and fix crashes and bugs;
- detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- respond to your messages and requests; and
- comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some US state laws treat sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for personalized ads as a "sale" or "sharing." Section 7 explains how to opt out.
4. Third-party services
The Games use the following services. Each one collects and processes information under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them.
| Service | Provider | What it does | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unity LevelPlay | Unity Technologies | Ad mediation: picks which ad network shows an ad | https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
| Unity Ads, the ad network served through LevelPlay (including Unity's ad-quality monitoring) | Unity Technologies | Showing rewarded and interstitial ads | See the ad partner list below |
| GameAnalytics | GameAnalytics ApS | Gameplay analytics | https://gameanalytics.com/privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Google LLC | Crash reporting | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Forms and Google Sheets | Google LLC | Storing in-game feedback you choose to send | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
| Unity In-App Purchasing | Unity Technologies, with Apple and Google | Processing in-app purchases | https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
| App Store / Google Play | Apple Inc. / Google LLC | Downloads, payments, and the store's own analytics | https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy |
We may add or remove ad networks over time. We'll keep this list current.
We may also disclose information:
- to service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it;
- if required by law, court order or a valid government request;
- to protect the rights, safety or property of our players, SuperTonkers or others; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Children's privacy
The Games are made for a general audience, and we know some players are children. To protect them:
- Age screen. On first launch we ask for birth year in a neutral way, without suggesting a "right" answer.
- Child mode (under 13). If a player says they are under 13:
- only non-personalized (contextual) ads are shown, and every ad request is marked as child-directed so ad networks treat it under COPPA and similar laws;
- we do not collect or share the advertising ID, and we never show the iOS tracking prompt;
- analytics and crash reporting are limited to what's needed to keep the game working (such as crash logs and anonymous gameplay counts). This data is not used to build a profile of the child or to target ads;
- links that leave the game and in-app purchases are placed behind a parental gate;
- we never ask for a store rating and never show the in-game feedback form;
- crash replays can be saved to the device's photos, but sharing them is turned off (Section 2.5).
- We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what's described above, and we don't ask children for more information than they need to play.
Parents: if you believe your child has given us personal information, or you'd like us to delete information connected to your child's device, email info@supertonkers.com. We'll delete it. You can also delete the app to remove all locally saved data.
6. Your choices
- Personalized ads. Players 13 and older are asked whether ads may be personalized (and, in the EU, UK and Switzerland, for consent as required by law). You can change your choice later in the game's Settings.
- Tracking on iPhone and iPad. We only use your advertising ID for tracking if you allow it in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Advertising ID on Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (the path varies by device).
- Notifications. Off unless you turn them on; you can turn them off in the game or in device settings.
- Delete your data. Use Delete my data in the game's Settings (where available) or email us. Deleting the app also removes everything saved on your device.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or of targeted advertising;
- object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request. Email info@supertonkers.com with your request. Because we don't use accounts, it helps to include your device type and, if you can find it, your device's advertising ID, so we can locate data our partners hold about your device. We'll respond within the time the law requires (generally 30 to 45 days). If we can't verify a request, we'll tell you why. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows.
Opting out of sale or sharing. Turn off personalized ads in the game's Settings, deny tracking on iOS, or delete your advertising ID on Android. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals on our website.
California residents have the rights above under the CCPA/CPRA. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories in Section 2.3 (identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, commercial information, approximate geolocation, and inferences used for advertising) from the sources and for the purposes described in this policy, and we have shared identifiers and network activity with the advertising partners in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
EU, UK and Swiss residents. SuperTonkers LLC is the controller of your personal data. Our legal bases are:
- contract, to provide the Games and deliver purchases and rewards;
- legitimate interests, for crash reporting, security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics that improve the Games; and
- consent, for personalized advertising and any tracking.
You can withdraw consent at any time in the game's Settings, which doesn't affect processing that already took place. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers. We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Data retention
- On your device: until you delete the app or use Delete my data.
- Analytics data: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or made fully anonymous.
- Crash reports: kept for up to 90 days.
- Emails to us: kept as long as needed to answer you, then up to 2 years for our records.
- In-game feedback: kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Data held by ad networks: kept according to each network's own retention policy.
- Children's data: information collected in child mode is kept only as long as needed for the internal operations of the game, and no longer than the periods above.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Data sent by the Games to our service providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Our website
www.supertonkers.com is hosted by our web host, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operations.
- Cookies. The site uses cookies needed for it to work, and a cookie consent tool (CookieAdmin) that stores your cookie choices. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on the website. You can change your choices at any time through the site's cookie consent banner.
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the information you submit (such as your name, email address and message) and use it only to reply to you.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Games or the law change. We'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the game or on our website before they take effect.
