Restore purchases

What can be restored: Remove Ads. It's a one-time purchase that stays with your Apple ID or Google account, so you can get it back after reinstalling the game or on a new device.

What can't be restored: Gems, coins, and anything bought with them. Gems are used up when you spend them, and your progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the game or switching to a new device starts you fresh. If you lost Gems you paid for, email us with your order number.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
  2. Open OMG Kitty and tap the gold Store button on the main menu.
  3. On the Gems tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases.
  4. If Apple asks, sign in with your Apple ID. Remove Ads switches back on within a few seconds.

Android

Purchases restore automatically when the game starts. There's no button to press.

  1. Make sure the Play Store is signed in to the same Google account you used to buy. If your device has more than one account, check which one is selected in the Play Store.
  2. Connect to the internet and open OMG Kitty.
  3. If Remove Ads hasn't come back, close the game fully, then open it again.

Redeem a promo code

If you've been given a promo or offer code for OMG Kitty, redeem it in your device's store, not in the game.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the App Store app and tap your profile picture at the top right.
  2. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code, then Enter Code Manually, and type the code.
  3. Open OMG Kitty. Your item is added when the game starts. If the game was already open, close it fully and open it again.

If the code came as a link, tapping the link opens the App Store with the code filled in.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon at the top right.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Redeem code, and type the code.
  3. Open OMG Kitty. Your item is added when the game starts. If the game was already open, close it fully and open it again.

Purchase problems

I was charged but didn't get my item. Connect to the internet, close OMG Kitty fully, and open it again. The game finishes interrupted purchases when it starts. If the item still hasn't arrived after that, email us with your order number.

My purchase says it's pending. This usually means the purchase needs approval, such as Ask to Buy on Apple Family Sharing or a pending payment method on Google Play. The item is added once the purchase is approved. Open the game again afterwards.

The Store says it's unavailable. Check your internet connection and that you're signed in to the App Store or Google Play, then try again in a few minutes.

I'd like a refund. Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested through them:

Refunded items may be removed from the game.

Common questions

I reinstalled the game and lost my progress. Progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the game deletes it. Remove Ads can be restored (see above). Everything else starts fresh.

Does Remove Ads remove every ad? It removes the ads that play between runs. Bonus videos stay available, but they only play when you choose to watch one for a reward.

How do I turn notifications on or off? In the game's Settings, or in your device's notification settings.
